Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is currently seeking four dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a team for the uping 20252026 school year in Durham, North Carolina . These are full-time positions serving students across grades K12 .
Position Highlights:
Location: Durham, NC
Start Date: August 2025
Schedule: Full Time, School Hours
Caseload: K12 (assignments based on experience and preference)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
Maintain documentation and progress reports per district guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid North Carolina OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in school settings is preferred but not required
