JOB PURPOSE

The Dove Deodorant Associate Brand Manager, Core will drive growth of the Core range of the largest brand in Unilevers U.S. Deodorants portfolio. This role will support development, deployment and execution of future-fit and existing Core portfolio which largely consists of Dove Advanced Care & Dove Aluminum Free ranges.

The role reports into the Brand Manager, Core and will suit an ambitious, growth-minded marketer who thrives in both data-based analysis and creative execution. This role will sit on the U.S. Dove APDEO team, working closely with agency and cross-functional partners in CSP, Digital, PR, Media, Supply Chain and R&D. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, develop relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong analytical skills and business acumen. The role offers a robust scope on several high-profile projects.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Manage IAT as cross-agency lead, providing feedback and driving progress to deliver best-in-class activations
Partner with innovation team and media agency in development, execution, and real-time optimizations of media campaigns
Close partnership with key customer teams to aid in innovation sell-in and lead both Shopper support plans and in-store executions
Support the development of influencer marketing strategy and own Brand review of influencer content
Own in-market share performance reporting and analysis to track innovation and inform brand strategy
Plan and execute budget and promotional calendar for Dove Core portfolio
Manage Core sampling efforts, including production forecasts and evaluation of sampling opportunities
Lead sales samples delivery for 2026 innovation
Support locally led innovation deployment across Dove Core & limited edition platforms

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED

A highly driven, curious individual with strong bias for action who is looking for a big challenge and significant responsibility interest in beauty trends a plus.

Bias for Action: Make things happen + always have the end goal in sight.

Full Funnel Thinker: Ability to partner with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class innovations and campaigns that drive relevance and acceptance in the U.S. market, especially at key retailers.

Analytical Monitoring + Reporting: Track and report on in-market performance of products, campaigns, and promotions. Monitor social trends and new products relevant to the core portfolio.

Pay : The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
