Job Description: Works with Problem Solvers to identify capacity needs; builds and manages carrier relationships; negotiates pricing and maintains a positive relationship with carriers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with carriers and provides them with superior customer service.
  • Negotiates carrier pricing.
  • Resolve carrier issues, on & off the road.
  • Responsible for meeting expectations and metrics laid out by the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
