Indiana University Health Care Associates, Inc., doing business as IU Health Medical Group, is seeking a Family and Sports Medicine Physician in Bloomington, Indiana. This role involves providing Primary Care Sports Medicine and Family Medicine services to both adult and pediatric patients through diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases, ailments, and disabilities, with no restrictions or limitations. The position is based in Bloomington, with travel between two local clinics required. All travel is local and does not involve overnight stays.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine
• Completion of a Medical Fellowship in Sports Medicine
• Completion of a Medical Residency in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for or possession of a valid Indiana medical license
• Medical Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), with foreign equivalents accepted
