Job Description
Your job will be to inspect single family homes that will be coming up for foreclosure in the Knoxville and surrounding counties. You will also be attending foreclosure auctions and bidding on property. This is a part time position perfect for a retired home inspector, general contractor or project manager wanting some supplemental income. You will spend most of your time driving you own vehicle around inspecting homes that are coming up for auction each week in Knox county and surrounding counties. You will also be attending foreclosure auctions and bidding on property. (I will be on the phone with you during the auction and giving you bidding instructions) You will get paid per home you inspect and each auction you attend. The work varies weekly. Some weeks there are more property to inspect and some weeks not as much. Most auctions are in the time periods of 10a-2pm M-F. If you dont have any experience in the residential construction or home inspections industry you need not apply. We're only looking at experienced applicants in thouse fields.
