Bankers' Bank is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join our Madison, WI team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in processing, settlement, reconciliation and data management of investment-related activities within Bankers' Bank. This is an entry-level position requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in finance, more specifically investment operations.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
