Fabletics is looking for a Jr. Video Editor. How do you Fit in? Fabletics is seeking a highly creative, agile, and collaborative Junior Video Editor to join our in-house Acquisition Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help conceptualize and edit short-form video ads optimized for performance across a wide range of digital platforms — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit , and beyond. We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled at editing but also brings strong instincts for graphic design , scriptwriting , and DIY-style content u sing a phone. You should have a positive, can-do attitude , be open to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment . The ideal candidate is highly adaptable , tuned into digital trends , and passionate about data-driven storytelling that moves the needle. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy on the The Growth Team. What you can bring: 1–2 years of professional video editing experience (internships and freelance count) B.A. or B.S. in Film, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent (or comparable work experience) Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, and platform best practices Comfortable writing short scripts and recording/producing basic VO Able to film, edit, and produce content solo when needed (basic camera skills and iPhone filming savvy) Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Passion for activewear, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle content Nice to have, but we’ll teach you: Experience with motion graphics or animation Prior experience in eCommerce or with fashion/lifestyle brands Analyzing data of ad performance What you will do: Edit short-form video ads for all major social platforms — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest Turn creative briefs into engaging video content , incorporating best practices for performance marketing and platform-specific trends Design graphic elements (text overlays, motion graphics, visual treatments) to enhance video storytelling and branding Write and edit scripts for VO and on-screen text that clearly communicate product benefits and brand voice Record and produce content using a smartphone when needed — from unboxing videos to product demos and social-native formats Collaborate with creatives, marketers, and producers to develop new ideas, iterate quickly, and respond to performance data Track trends and performance to continually optimize content and pitch new concepts that align with audience behavior Stay organized and meet tight deadlines , managing multiple edits at once in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment Where we are: This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters Compensation & Total Rewards: At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!We continue to build a culture of flexibility, to empower you to do your best and put yourself first.Our Total Rewards program rewards employees for their hard work, supporting their health, well-being, families, and ultimately their life journey. *Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. The hourly range for this position is from $26.68-$28.85/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
