Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the State of New York
• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing skills required

Specializing in the representation of a diverse clientele in the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial real property, as well as complex commercial and land use litigation matters in both State and Federal courts.

The position is full-time in the office (Melville, NY) except when in court

Salary is between 130K-140K plus benefits and generous time off
