Position Summary:
The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, care coordination, and treatment administration.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
\tAdminister medications, injections, vaccinations, and prescribed treatments.
\tPrepare patients for examinations, minor procedures, or diagnostic.
