About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OT Exstream technologies including CE Orchestrator Cloud Edition and more. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our communication systems. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.
In this role, you will:
· Lead the design and implementation of communication solutions using OT Exstream technologies to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
· Oversee the integration of OT Exstream Cloud Edition to ensure seamless communication processes across platforms.
· Provide technical expertise in OT Content Author and OT Communication Designer to develop high-quality communication content.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of OT Exstream Comm Server Admin and Dev solutions.
· Manage the OT Exstream Web Service to enhance communication capabilities and ensure reliable service delivery.
· Develop and maintain the OT Exstream Command Center to monitor and optimize communication workflows.
· Utilize OT Empower Editor and OT Live Editor to create and manage dynamic communication templates.
· Implement best practices in OT Exstream and OT Designer to ensure high standards of communication design.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to align communication strategies with business objectives and drive impactful outcomes.
· Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance communication efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all communication solutions.
· Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering communication solutions that positively impact society.

· Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120.500 - $142.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
