The Opportunity
As a Product Manager, you'll play an essential role in guiding product development from idea through to execution. Working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, you'll prioritize tasks, lead project teams, and drive key product decisions. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you'll take on early ownership, help shape product roadmaps, and directly contribute to delivering AI-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure product-market fit.
Assess technical tradeoffs, partnering with engineers to balance scope, speed, and impact.
Manage the execution of projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
Develop expertise in AI-driven product development, taking on increasing responsibility for managing projects.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in product, operations, or project management, preferably in a startup or tech-focused environment.
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in taking initiative in a dynamic, fast-moving company.
Excellent communicator, capable of effectively engaging with engineers, executives, and clients alike.
A solid understanding of technical concepts and trade-offs (no need to be an engineer, but familiarity with technical discussions is important).
A passion for continuous learning, growth, and embracing new challenges.
Bonus Skills & Experience
Preferred: Experience using Asana for project management.
Helpful: Familiarity with tools like Miro, FullStory, Google Analytics, Figma, and Airtable.
Helpful: Experience automating workflows with tools like Zapier, ChatGPT/other agents, or emerging agentic AI applications.
Location, Compensation & Benefits
Location: Remote, with quarterly team on-site meetups in Los Angeles (travel covered).
Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
