What You’ll Do:

As a Sales & Flooring Specialist, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted advisor. You’ll guide customers through flooring options with confidence and creativity, combining your technical product knowledge with genuine customer care to create spaces they’ll love.

• Help customers discover flooring solutions that match their lifestyle, needs, and style
• Recommend products and services that align with project goals and budgets
• Drive store sales by turning consultations into confident purchases
• Ensure every customer experience ends with satisfaction and trust

What You Bring:

• Preferably 2–5 years of sales experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement—but if you’re a quick learner with a strong customer focus and drive to succeed, we still want to hear from you!
• A strong customer-first mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
• A self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented, team-player spirit

Base compensation: $52,000/year

On Target Earnings: $80,000-$120,000/Year

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Stay informed on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitor activity to provide knowledgeable recommendations and stay ahead of the curve
• Confidently guide customers through the sales process—negotiating, closing deals, and ensuring profitability while delivering top-tier service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term customer loyalty
• Actively network and prospect within the community to identify new opportunities and expand the client base
• Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, successful project from sale to completion

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills—you know how to connect with people and earn their trust
• A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally as needed to meet with clients or attend job sites
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Comfortable using technology and familiar with CRM systems or other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
• Ideally, 3 years of sales experience—especially in a customer-facing or consultative role
