Position Title: Shipping Clerk

Location: Kalamazoo, MI.

Pay Range: $16.00/Hour

Shift: 1st

Schedule: M-F, 6:00AM- 2:30PM

Job Description:

• Preparing and shipping outgoing orders.
• Must be able to verifying order details, package items, create shipping labels, and arrange for shipment.
• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
• Interact cross departmentally to ensure quality and accuracy through the process.
• May interact with customers, suppliers, and shipping carriers to address issues or questions.
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Using measuring devices, placing shipping labels.
• Ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping processes.
• Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. repetitively
• Must be knowledgeable with basic hand tools
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Experience in a warehouse of distribution center
• Required to wear proper PPE at all times.
