Job Description
High energy, fast-paced, but FUN advertising agency in need of a detailed and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our growing company in Whippany, NJ. Advertising experience a plus, but will train the right person. Able to handle high-paced, deadline oriented environment. Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and proof-reading skills. Coordinate social media paid advertising campaigns as well as create organic content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Ability to coordinate content from the client, the graphic design department, vendors, and account executives. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Social Media publishing tools, and Google Analytics are a plus. Excellent communication and professional client interaction skills. Must be a team player, yet be able to problem solve self-sufficiently.
The position will have a hybrid schedule of work from home and in-office 2x/week. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus. EOE. M/F. Medical benefits, 401k, paid vacation.
