Are you passionate about building foundational technology that transforms how the world's largest e-commerce company manages its supply chain? At Amazon's SCOT Inbound Systems organization, we believe replenishment is a foundational lever for delivering customer trust, improving operational efficiency, and accelerating Amazon's flywheel at scale. We are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead our vision of creating a globally extensible, intelligent supply chain platform.
Our team leads the unification of replenishment logic and systems across Amazon's Grocery and Core domains. We specialize in Amazon's hub-and-spoke replenishment model, optimized for regional networks serving high-velocity, in-stock-sensitive inventory. Our systems enable sophisticated capabilities including multi-stop routing, temperature- and bin-specific placement, packaging-aware allocation, and truck-level planning that accounts for time zone constraints and cross-temperature fungibility. This role will drive high-visibility, large-scale, innovative system solutions for Amazon’s supply chain systems. In this role, you will act as the business leader to identify improvements for our replenishment systems, while scoping design requirements in close partnership with business stakeholders and software development teams. You will drive delivery of large-scale system improvements and lead end-to-end technical program management to improve our supply chain systems. In this role, you'll have the freedom to think big and challenge conventional approaches to supply chain automation. We encourage innovative thinking and experimentation with best in class solutions. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Amazon's supply chain delivery by implementing revolutionary solutions that operate at unprecedented scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical program management experience, with a background in complex electronic manufacturing supply chains. You should have a proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives and experience partnering with software development teams to deliver impactful results. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact Amazon’s global supply chain efficiency and effectiveness through innovative technical solutions, working at the forefront of cloud infrastructure technology.
