Maniya Health: Primary & Urgent Care. Reimagined is a private practice multi-specialty group serving central NJ for 50 years with 30+ Primary Care, Urgent Care & Specialty Care Physicians, PAs & NPs. We have offices in Hamilton, NJ, Robbinsville, NJ & Hopewell, NJ, and focus on delivering radically convenient and tech-enabled high quality clincial care

Our Urgent Care is in our Hamilton, NJ Office and is looking for another fantastic PA or NP with Urgent Care or ER experience to join our team.

About Maniya Health

• 400+ patients per day in a beautiful 5,000 square foot clinic in Hamilton, NJ (60-90 Urgent Care patients with 2-3 Providers Per Day)
• We really value building strong patient relationships and follow-up
• We integrate Urgent Care with Primary Care, and follow-up with many of them and manage their chronic diseases as well
• On-site Primary Care, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Labs, COVID/Flu/Strep/RSV testing, EKG, Dietitians, IV Infusions, Specialty Care & more…
• Tech-enabled care with integrated telemedicine (30% of volume) & remote patient monitoring with connected devices to manage hypertension and diabetes remotely
• Excellent team medical assistants & support staff to place orders, perform callbacks, do prior auth, and make life easy

Job Description

• 40 clinical hours/week seeing office and telemedicine patients
• 830a-630p 4 weekdays per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays (9a-5p). No Sundays. Can opt for more 2 Saturdays per month for increased compensation
• Can chose 5x8 hours weekday shifts if interested 830a-430p
• Open to considering part-time as well
• See 3-4 patients per hour (15-20 mins per patient)
• No call, but opportunity to take call down the line if interested
• Multiple physicians and senior PA/NPs on-site to ask questions if you need assistance

• Practice provides dictation (M-Modal) and AI Scribe for all providers, and will provide you a Scribe if you avg 3 patients per hour or more

Requirements

• NJ PA/NP Medical License + CDS + DEA
• Must have 2 year experience in urgent care or ER
• Private Practice experience preferred
• Ability to operate semi-autonomously but know when to ask questions
• “Owner" and "Leader" mentality required
• Excellent bedside and webside manner & clinical skills
• Must be tech-saavy
• Pass background check, reference check, malpractice check
