Job Summary Application skill

Business Analysis / Requirements gathering for MES Electronic Batch record implementation for a pharma client.
Experience on Werum PAS-X System Administration, GMBRs, PVL, PMBR’s, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master DataDesigning and developing State Diagrams in MESDetermining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams, Experience on SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report developmentHands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance ModuleExperience in Werum PAS-X - Configuration, CustomizationExperience on Werum PAS-X Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration. In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records.

Other Technical skills

Database knowledge and Skilled in SQL queries
Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & non-production environments, Perform impact analysis of business issues at L1, L2, L3 levels.
Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now , Tools group and JIRA
Handle of team ofmembers, manage communication with customer, Incident and problem reporting

Good to have: • Domain Knowledge-Pharmaceutical/LS, 21 CFR Part 11, well versed with ITIL Process Knowledge, Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing practices of Pharma) and Validated environment of Pharma Manufacturing. Must have: • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Werum Pas-X issues
